6. TERMS OF THE CONTRACT.

The information contained in these Conditions and the details contained in this website does not constitute an offer to the public, but a mere invitation to submit a contract proposal. Do not subsist any contract between you and us in relation to any product until your order has been explicitly accepted by us.

To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure and click “Authorize payment.” Afterwards, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). It is understood that this does not constitute acceptance of your order since the same is an offer that you make in us for the purchase of one or more products. Notwithstanding the provisions of article 7 and except where extraordinary circumstances occur, we pledge to do everything in our power to send the order / the product / s indicated / s in its Dispatch Confirmation by the date indicated in this Shipping Confirmation. However, delays may occur for various reasons such as, product customization, the fulfillment of unforeseen circumstances or delivery area. If for any reason we are unable to respect the terms of delivery, we will inform you and we will give you the options to continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date, no reimbursement, so Azienda Agricola Licia Guccione absolved of all responsibility in case of any damages or losses arising  from delivery problems.

10. DISCLAIMER OF DELIVERY.

If there is not possible to complete delivery of your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If this is not possible, your order will be sent to our store. In such event, we will leave The Notified which will be specified the place where you find your order and the manner in which to agree a new delivery. If it is not able to be present at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we ask you to contact us again to agree on a new delivery date. Please note, transport resulting from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will have to bear. 

11. PASSING OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS.

The risks of the products will have to bear from the moment of their delivery. You will acquire ownership of the products as soon as we receive the full payment of all amounts due in respect thereof, including delivery charges, or upon delivery (as defined in Article 9 above), if this happen at a later time .

12. PRICE AND PAYMENT.
